Survey on gender and diversity (awareness) of medical faculty workforce

Context

Different profession groups at the medical faculty: nurses, MDs, cleaning and aministrative staff, scientific personnel, etc. 

Objectives

The workshop shall be used to design and construct the new survey instrument. 

Implementation Strategy

First, we would like to identify potential cooperation partners and advisors from the area of each target group to help us construct a goal oriented survey instrument. Second, we want to organize a online meeting to brainstorm and outline the project. Third, interactive development of the project idea might be developed through a common online collaboration tool/platform. 

Ressources 

Moderation and organizational support are considered to facilitate the successful implementation of the workshop idea.
