APP-BASED EXERCISE PROGRAMME FOR PARALYSED PEOPLE

The ultimate goal is to produce an app-based/online-based arm-crank exercise programme that is evidence-based for paralysed people to maintain their health. There are many app-based exercise products for non-disabled people. There are only 1 or 2 exercise apps in the UK for disable people but the engagement to those products isn’t great. Hence, the first step is to conduct a market research using online survey and focus groups, and to carry out a pilot study to validate methods of motoring home exercise and the effects of the exercise. I'm a researcher from University of Birmingham. I'm looking for at least two partners to collaborate on this project.
