SOFT SKILLS & OPeN BadGES - AN ECOSYSTEM FOR A WIDE RECOGNITION
Context & Method
In close collaboration with the Pedagogical developpment center (CDP), every month for 6 months we brought together different services that had a link with culture: Examples: the culture service (which deals with artistic and cultural life on campuses) - the university theater - the university service on student guidance - university libraries.
- We invited specialists
- we met with students and professionals to find out their point of view
- we made a common repository from existing European repositories
- we modeled the process and the “badge” object of skills ”.
For a year, we experimented with formats
Ex. “Oral” workshop / tutor at the library
We made a "(positive) assessment of the experiment
We are now in the 2nd phase of the project's development with a systematization of the offer of skills to more university services.

Perspectives
We carry out experiments to link these skills to the path of students at any level (master's / doctorate).
Another axis would be to develop this mechanism in partnership with other European universities to make the most of the Erasmus stay.
For universities, this would make it possible to structure an ecosystem of recognition.
